Appointment cancellation policy
We know that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up unexpectedly.
and illnesses or other commitments can interfere with planned appointments.
As a small independent business, we truly appreciate your understanding and support of our policy, which helps us continue providing the best possible service. To ensure fairness and availability, we will require a deposit when booking and kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If a cancellation or no show occurs within this, a charge of 50% of the book service will be applied.
